Skin Care AI · Last updated 23 August 2026

Write to support@skincareai.beauty. Skin Care AI is built and answered by one person, so replies come as fast as one person can send them — not instantly, but they come.

If you are writing about something that went wrong, the two things that help most are the language your phone is set to and roughly when it happened. Please do not attach the photograph.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, and they are cancelled in your Apple Account rather than in the app: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Skin Care AI → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or it renews.

Refunds are Apple’s to give. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue a refund ourselves, and we cannot see your payment details.

How many scans are free

One scan per day without a subscription. The count resets on your own device’s calendar day. A subscription removes the daily limit.

Deleting your data

Open the profile screen and choose delete everything. It removes your reports, routines and progress from the phone. You do not need an account to do it, and you do not need to write to us first.

You can withdraw permission for photographs to leave the phone in the same place. After that, scanning stops working — the analysis happens off the device and there is nothing to send.

What the server keeps, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.

“Delete my account”

There is no account to delete. Skin Care AI has no server-side account: it stores nothing about you under a username, and signing in is optional — the app works fully without it. If you never signed in, there was never anything but the data on your phone, and delete everything removes that.

If you did sign in with Apple, three things end it, and you can do all of them yourself:

The one thing none of those reaches is the anonymous installation record on our service — a counter, not a profile. Write to support@skincareai.beauty and it is deleted; otherwise it deletes itself 90 days after the last request.

Changing the app’s language

The app ships in English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. Change it in Settings → Skin Care AI → Language on your phone; the profile screen links straight there.

A scan did not work

The usual reasons, in the order they happen:

One photograph is taken per scan. The head-turning ring before it is a check that a real person is in front of the camera — it records nothing.

Reporting something the app got wrong

The reading comes from an AI model looking at one photograph, and it can be wrong. Lighting, camera angle, makeup and your screen’s colour all change what it sees. Tell us what it said and what you expected; that is how the wording gets better.

Skin Care AI is a cosmetic tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for a dermatologist. If something on your skin worries you or is changing, see a doctor — do not wait for an app.

Accessibility

The app is built to follow the accessibility settings you have already chosen on your phone rather than asking you to configure it again:

If something is unreadable or unreachable for you, write to support@skincareai.beauty and say which setting you use. That is a bug report we will act on.

As a one-person business, this app falls under the microenterprise exemption from the service obligations of the European Accessibility Act. The list above is what it does anyway.
